A wise man once of words spoke: they're mightier than the sword; perhaps this came to a crashing end when steel became war's lord. But yet have I a lingering hope that words have power still, though their purpose lies in man's heart to strengthen, not to kill. I have found profound solace in the softly written word: in prose and verse I find my light, words oft forgot, unheard. While others look for modernity, I seek but simple pleasures; these letters have power to fill a soul with love and hope, priceless treasures.
