Hello to all: I have been writing now for...well...all my life. I delve quite often into short stories, but have a few novels in the works, and enjoy writing in many genres. I work in the consulting industry and spend many office hours drafting reports, all very banal stuff. Reading is a great pastime of mine, and I enjoy both fiction and non-fiction, especially biographies. Lots of favorite books, but a short list of top five would be: Catch 22 - Joseph Heller The Bottoms - Joe Lansdale To Kill a Mockingbird - Harper Lee The Grapes of Wrath - John Steinbeck Wizard and Glass - Stephen King That's about it.
