My name is Joe. My wife and I are from Chicago, but we have lived in California, Alabama, New York, in Texas for 32 years. I am retired from IBM and from 3M. I served as a civilian engineer for the US Navy. With IBM I worked on the Apollo moon-landing project served as a development engineer and a creative writer. I started with 3M as a design engineer and retired as a project manager. I have been teaching mathematics for the past 8 years at ITT Technical Institute and Austin Community College. I have been writing since my youth - poetry, fiction, non-fiction. I am a conservative Christian. I try very hard to show that in my writing.
