We are all the CEO of our lives. We have the power to choose. It is a daily process....it never ends! We make the first decision to take care of our selves. We take the precious time to live our feelings because they are important and because it is the only way for recovery. Our feelings are part of how we are made inside. Today, I am feeling this way, well maybe I am suppose to! After all, this and that happenned! The greatest gift to us and to our children is to trust that (we/they) can handle it. Denial, will just abuse us more and will prevent to move on with life that has it's beautiful colors. Share with whom you trust with no jugement.
