My name is Pat and I am a 68 year old who retired from police work eleven years ago. I am married to my first and only wife and am a transient to the New England area from the Bronx New York. I enjoy writing but am not consumed by it. In that I mean that I write when the spirit moves me and not on a daily basis. I have been self published with a small writing group that I used to meet once a week. Other than that self published project, I have never really tried to get published by a professional publishing house. It is my goal to submit some of my creations and read those of others to attempt to sharpen my craft.
