Over the last 15 years, most of them as a freelancer, I have produced 13 non-fiction books. Most have been compilation/statistics annuals. My bread and butter will remain the non-fiction stats stuff, but my first love has always been fiction. I've rarely shared my fiction work and I doubt many would enjoy it. I write because I like to write rather than because I harbor illusions of being a popular writer of fiction.
