Dr. Rishikesh Upadhyay writes nonfiction titles, short stories, children's, poetry, etc. He was born, raised and lives at Bhanjang Basti, Haflong in the Indian states of Assam. He holds a PhD, MPhil and an MSc from Assam University and a BSc Hons from Haflong Government College. He is currently a Professor (assistant) at Assam University affiliated Haflong Government College, India.
