Summary of this Book...
This is a novel about a famous Hollywood Director who leads a relatively simple, trusting life. She finds out that those closest to her have betrayed her in ways that are unimaginable. This book was a real page turner. I read it in one day waiting for my better half at the doctor. You care about Tallie and the other characters and so it absorbed my interest right through until the end.
This type of Book is good for...
anyone who likes a good story where you care about the protagonist.
I especially liked... | ||
the way Danielle Steel deals with the character of Bridgette and her lack of remorse or empathy for Tallie.
When I finished reading this Book I wanted to...
read more of Danielle Steel's work very soon.
This Book made me feel...
totally absorbed in the reading. It took my mind off off what was going on in real life.
The author of this Book...
knows how to engage a reader and tell a story.
I recommend this Book because...
this is Danielle Steel at her storytelling best.
