Rock legend Judas Coyne is a collector of all things macabre, as well as young Goth girlfriends whom he nicknames after their home States.

One day his agent Danny tells him about an E-mail he has been sent, directing him to an auction for a real ghost, which comes with a black dead man's suit. Jude can't resist, although he believes it is really no more than a weird prank....but the suit arrives along with strange happenings - an unseasonable chill descending on his mansion, a bizarre injury sustained by his girlfriend Georgia, the odd behaviour of his dogs - and the strange suited figure appearing in the hallway.

Quickly, Jude realises that this isn't a prank, and this ghost isn't friendly by any means - they are in danger, but Jude is going to have to find out why - and what he can do to save them from being dragged on to the ghost's dark side.

People who like dark stories, horror, fantasy, supernatural thrillers.

The main characters of Jude and Georgia - in fact I thought all the characterization was good in this book - they were believable and I wanted to read more about them. I felt like they were real. I found the writer's style easy and interesting to read. I also liked the rock/metal/goth background to the story and many of the characters because this is the type of music I favour.

Another thing I liked was how everything was tied up at the end, I thought the ending was really good - I much prefer it when authors do this rather than just cutting off and leaving you hanging....

Some of the horror scenes were a little bit too gory for me - I'm actually not a massive reader of horror fiction, although I am happier to read it than watch it!

The plot is great, full of twists and turns and very imaginative and the characters - especially the main character Jude - are very well created. The story is pretty gripping and I read it quite quickly (ie. Within a month, which for me is quick )
