This is one of my favorite movies, especially in reference to Zombies.

Shaun's life is going nowhere and he finally decides to take action when his girlfriend breaks up with him on the eve of the zombie apocalypse. Once he comes to realize the danger everyone is in, he sets out to rescue his mother and ex-girlfriend and take them, along with his roommate and some others, to the safest place he knows--the local tavern. Is he man enough to keep them safe and will this help him win his girlfriend back?

Did such a good job, several were invited back as zombies in future sequels

It's funny and well done. If you're a fan of Dawn of the Dead, you may well love this.
