This is the third book of Koontz's Jane Hawk thriller series, and once he again he has the heroine digging even deeper into the Arcadian network of trying to take over the world's population by implanting nanotechnology into the minds of people in order to take over the world to make it what they think will be a Utopia. But once again, she is met with fierce adversaries who are chasing her and trying to stop her at every turn. Her son is still in hiding with a couple of her trustworthy friends since they've threatened his life to stop her, but now that is quickly falling apart, and the Arcadians are getting even closer to finding him.

Anybody who likes a great thriller about how technology might one day take over the world.

Like all of Koontz's novels, he keeps the action moving at a fast pace, and the reader has no choice not to turn the pages to find out what will happen next.

How he keeps us in suspense waiting to see how this will turn out! But that's why he's a number one best-selling author!

Immediately run out and get his next book in this series, The Forbidden Door. Fortunately, after finishing this one, I noticed it's already out!

Koontz has written more than fifty novels, with the majority of them being on the New York Times Bestseller's List. He also written horror and science fiction, and was the very first president of the HWA (Horror Writer Association.

Anybody who loves a good thriller will be 'thrilled' themselves to read this author!

I've been a fan of Dean Koontz since the 80s, and his prose is incredibly unique. His vocabulary is immense, so much so that I find words I have to look up in every book of his I read. His books might be a bit technical at times, but that just make them all the more interesting!
