I disliked this book on so many different levels it would take a book as long as hers to write them all out.

The most grating point was the author's insistence that we "Don't label our style"...but let's call what we are doing "CoMi". That's a label, lady.

This is AT BEST a magazine article or blog post. There was no need for the number of words used to get from point A to point B. The words she chose are rule-based and somewhat condescending. Rooms are still cluttered. She accidentally promotes digital clutter, which is a real thing. I give her props for understanding that style can be about more than simply visuals and other senses play a role.

Do we all need less stuff? Sure, I can admit to that. I'm starting with this book. Out it goes.
