This was a fun read. Annabelle goes from English nun to be to wed to a Scottish Laird in one day. Her whole life changes and she takes it all in stride, despite many hilarious mishaps and multiple kidnapping attempts. As with most romance books, in the end, she and Ross, her new husband find their happily ever after.

People who like a a lot of adventure and a bit of humor in their romance novels.

The characters. Sands made not only the lovable characters great, but the evil ones too.
I enjoyed the funny scenes and the plot twist at the end.

The death of a person who basically got hoodwinked into evil. I wanted to see his redemption story in a future book.

It was a nice, fun read to take my mind off some troubles for a while.

Some people might not like it because of the violent and/or intimate scenes.
