This story is a fun read about a woman called Sheridan who goes back in time to Regency England. The story is full of unexpected twists and the reader is left constantly wondering what will happen next. Some of the exciting moments in the story include when Sheridan’s car is stranded during a storm as she drives home and a Regency pirate ship appears and she is captured by pirates, visits to plays and country houses and a wonderfully described ball. The details about the costumes and food bring the story to life. The main characters, Sheridan and Jarred, are likeable and interesting. There is a lovely heart-warning twist at the end. A highly recommended read.
