This is a fun children's book that's meant to both help teach the English language's letters and many facts about dinosaurs. I was pleasantly surprised at the amount of information about the dinosaurs shared with each letter. For younger kids, I imagine parents could just skip those details. Yet those details would likely keep older kids interested in the book a lot longer than they might normally have been (with a more basic letter-learning book).

Kids (or any people) who are learning their letters, anyone who likes dinosaurs, and people who like children's books.

There were so many dinosaurs I hadn't heard of before. It was fun to see all the illustrations and learn new things. The illustrations were not scientifically correct, if my memories from grade school are correct, but they were colorful and fun and, I think, would be very entertaining for young children.
