When technology reaches a point where it can no longer be handled or controlled, and disaster is the only result. Jurassic Park presents a realistic scenerio; with technology, its impossible to predict everything. You are NEVER prepared.

In the novel, as opposed to the movie, a lot of the technology of the chaos theory was explained. Mentioned as a method to predict random occurances, such as weather, and in the novel, the success of a ground-breaking theme park, I found the explaniation of the theories intriguing.

See if I could learn anything more about the chaos theories, i.e. if they actually exists, ect.

Jurassic Park made me reflect on many of the flaws of a world of upcomming technology that cannot be controlled. I also dreamt about dinosaurs, but I'm not sure what they were doing... :)

It is an enjoyable and suspenseful thriller, dealing with material so paradoxial that one can't help but wonder where we technology will take humanity...and what will happen then.

If ever the comment, "Never judge a book by its movie," was correct, the book in mind was definately Jurassic Park.
