Two best friends who live together become involved in mystical things as a result of one of them experimenting with a spell hundreds of years old. There lives are forever changed due to the spell's outcome.

how real the main characters Anya and Sadi seemed. They reminded me so much of myself and my best friend. I also loved the references to Star Wars and the chapters about Halloween.

There wasn't much, if anything, I didn't like. There were very few mistakes, but what book doesn't have one or two little mistakes?

read it again. As an emerging author myself, it also inspired me to work on my own novel.

happy, sad, in suspence. This book brought fourth a whole range of emotions as I pictured the characters' experiences and wondered what would happen next.

Chynna and C.J. left this book seemless. It was impossible to tell where one author had stopped writing and one had started. They both show remarkable talent that can emerge to equal even Steven King and Anne Rice. As for C.J., I know her personally and she is very fun to spend time with and talk to.

it is full of emotion, romance, and suspence that will keep you turning pages until you reach the very end.
