A superhero, who as a child was blinded by toxic waste. Instead of being comepletly blind, the rest of his senses have been radicly hightened, including his "sight". He senses things like a bat's radar.



It seems that someone in Hell's kitchen is setting fire to the Kingpin's buildings. That someone is trying to become the new Kingpin of crime. Daredevil must find out who it is, before it sets off a city wide mob war.



While he is hunting down this firebug, he has to look for a friends kidnapped wife, as well as try and stop his archenemy Bullseye from killing him.

How indepth the book went into the characters. I think that this book was much better then the movie and the movie novel.



We get to see a lot more of how he uses all his heightened gifts. Like how he reads the newpaper.(The ink is a bit higher then the paper and his fingers feel it.)

He has so many comic novels under his name, and quite a few Buffy novels as well.

If you like comics and superheroes then this is the book for you.

The movie follows a few of the things in this book. Daredevil beats up a wifebeater, and has a child watching him as he does it.
