That some areas seemed to lack more information, though I did understand he is trying to keep the whole idea in simpliest terms.

Dave Ramsey is a businessman that accumulated $4,000,000 in real estate, then lost it all. His book is based on his struggle to return to wealth by eliminating all his debts, while saving money and paying cash for eveything.

The information provided is in simple terms, real easy to understand. It opened my eyes to some things I hadn't thought of.
