The rabbit folklore was extremely imaginative. Bigwig, the warrior rabbit, was one of my favorites. His bravery and loyalty seem to know no equal.

Be a lot kinder to animals.

Excitement, anger, disgust, joy, sadness and ultimately wonderment.

Richard Adams is a brilliant author with an uncanny ability to place inside the minds of animals.

It is an ultimate classic. The themes are never stale or out-dated.

Just loved it.
