Jane Harrison moved to New York to start over again, but from the moment she set foot in the big city, things started to go wrong. She lost her job, her apartment and was the victim of a mugging her first day there. To drown her sorrows, Jane goes to a dive bar where she meets trouble - and Rhys Young.

Rhys is a two hundred year old vampire who loathes his existence. He has cut himself off emotionally since his 'rebirth', and blames himself for the death of his little sister, and the subsequent 'turning' of his little brothers. The last thing he's looking for is love, but from the beginning he senses a kindred spirit in Jane.

Drawn together by danger and circumstance, Rhys and Jane cannot deny the feelings growing between them, even as both have their reasons for doing so. After a vicious attack by bitter brother Christian, Rhys loses his memory and regresses back to a time when he was just a normal man who could have a normal life and love a woman like Jane.

This book is a wonderful read for fans of romance or 'supernatural romance'.

Kathy excels at character development, and this book was no exception. Rhys, Jane, Sebastian and Christian were all so vividly drawn that I felt I knew them from the start.

I honestly cannot think of one thing I did not like about this book.

Though I am the first to admit I'm no biggie on traditional 'happy endings', when I finished this tale, I couldn't help but grin like a schoolgirl.

"Fangs" made me feel many things - excitement, fear, dread, entertained and eager for more.

I have the honor of knowing author Kathy Love. She is a wonderful person as well as a talented author.

I recommend this book because it will entertain and engage you. You will not be able to put it down until you reach that last page.

This does not apply for me in this case.

Kathy's style is light-hearted and easy to read. She has that rare and valuable gift of pulling you into her world from page one. Kathy's characters are well-drawn and easily relatable. "Fangs" is, in my humble opinion, her best work to date.
