Summary of this Book...
Billy Corgan, former lead singer of Smashing Pumpkins, is one of the most incredible lyricists/poets I have ever read in my life. This book isn't easy to understand. He doesn't chat about flowers and the sun. It's very deep and you sometimes have to read things over. Of course it's about love and life, but these poems are written with such inspiration and such thought patterns that take a while to interpret.
This type of Book is good for...
Anyone looking for a Muse to write poetry. Any Smashing Pumpkins fans.
I especially liked... | ||
The fact that punctuation wasn't over used. Many people are sticklers for punctuation, but Corgan's writings don't have a lot and it's just as extraordinary.
I didn't like... | ||
The fact that it costs so much for such a small book!
When I finished reading this Book I wanted to...
Call Corgan and ask him when his next book will be out. I also wanted to read it again, which I did.
This Book made me feel...
Like the fact that my writings aren't easy to understand isn't a bad thing.
The author of this Book...
Is wonderful. His lyrics with Smashing Pumpkins were just screaming to be put into a book.
I recommend this Book because...
It's very inspirational and something you'll read over and over again.
