Lucky You is about JoLayne Lucks, living in a small Florida town well known for its dubious miracles, who wins the $28 million Lottery just when she needs the money to save a wildlife preserve from the developers. There is a problem when the second winner, a militia-type who doesn’t want to share even with his buddy, steals Jolene’s winning ticket. A restless reporter offers his help to JoLayne and they set out to get the ticket back.
