It's a small book, but it's filled with useful information on the basics of sentence structure and style. It explains clearly what some of the important elements of a sentence are, and how to use them for best effect to make writing stronger and free of ambiguity.

While the writing is a little formal, which could give readers the impression the author would prefer them to be likewise prosaic in their own writing, it is good information.
