Summary of this Book...
Ice-9? I know I've heard that word all my life, but never knew where it came from. My mom and her friends would smirk about some new convenience that they thought would ultimately mean the end of civilization (like, for instance, the Internet) and call it ice-9. Now I know where it came from and the telling of the story from a first person account by the man researching the day the US dropped the atomic bomb on Hiroshima is so engaging I forgot I was supposed to be looking for ice-9.

Bokononism. It's foolishness and profound simplicity speaks such cynicism and delightfully dark humor. I loved it.
When I finished reading this Book I wanted to...
Read Slaughterhouse-five, also by Vonnegut.
