A fast-paced action thriller, somewhat of a thinking man's Indiana Jones story, moves at breakneck pace and practically turns the pages itself.

People who do not necessarily like to read; people who do not often finish books; people who like action/adventure movies; people who are fascinated by word puzzles.

The pacing was great. There was never a dull moment, and the author did a good job of diving headfirst into the action without desensitizing the reader.

The book is a rather "bookish" book. It's not literature. It's not a "crackling good yarn." It's not a literary achievement by any means, and often times the writer seems to suffer from logorrhea. The dialogue is dreadful, and the book is horrendously repetitive. Thankfully, though, it stops shy of being dogmatic.

Read Faulkner.

Entertained. It's a great summer read. Take it to the beach.
