In the future, firefighters set fires; they don't fight them. 451 degrees Fahrenheit is the temperature at which a book catches fire. But be careful, we're not just talking about burning books. You should get that by the time you finish the book and be better for it.

The way the book is about so much more than just the "plot." So much so, in fact, that I keep having a hard time keeping to just "what happened." It's all about the idea of the book, which is so fantastic, considering one of the book's messages--that all books are about the ideas.

Read it again, even more slowly than I read it the first time.

Everyone should read it. Everyone can take something different from it, even if they don't mean to. I believe that.
