Summary of this Book...
Saint isn't who you think he is... When you first meet him, he is Carl, a highly trained assassin. His training for the job with the X Group was brutal. Torture was the norm, tearing him down mentally and physically, wiping his identity, so he could be rebuilt into someone strong enough to handle any situation. Governments contract the group's services, but they don't come cheap. An assassination can easily cost millions, but it's worth it because they never miss their mark. As the book progresses, you find out that Carl is Johnny, a man who doesn't necessarily agree with the goals of the X Group. This realization changes everything...
This type of Book is good for...
Anyone who enjoys a fast paced tale of action and adventure. The story takes an unexpected twist in the middle and the reader is left wondering what could possibly happen next.
I especially liked... | ||
I liked the different take on what could have been a typical story about a sniper in an elite group of assassins. The processing of wiping his identity from his own memory was fascinating and horrifying at the same time.
I didn't like... | ||
That the ending left questions in my mind. I want to know what happens next!
When I finished reading this Book I wanted to...
Find out if there was sequel.
The author of this Book...
Has a way of making the unbelievable seem perfectly plausible.
