Summary of this DVD... | ||
Further adventures of Peter Parker/Spider-Man. His life is not going well; his work, relationship and personal life all suffer because of his superhero commitment. Plus, his science teacher has undergone a hideous change into "Dr. Octopus", and his best friend wants to kill Spider-Man. To top it off, his powers are fading in and out. So he decides to give up fighting crime. But then Doc Ock attacks Mary Jane, his wannabe girlfriend. What happens next? You'll have to watch the movie.
This type of DVD is good for...
Kids maybe eleven and up and adults. Not for very young children as there are some very frightening and violent scenes.
I especially liked... | ||
The scenes with Peter Parker. Also the fight between Spidey and Ock on the train.
When I finished viewing this DVD I wanted to...
Watch the first Spider-Man film again.
This DVD made me feel...
As if I could sling webs and climb walls.
The cast of this DVD... | ||
Tobey Maguire, Kirsten Dunst, Alfred Molina, James Franco, Rosemary Harris, Cliff Robertson, and many others, all excellent.
I recommend this DVD because...
It's the best superhero movie I've ever seen--up there with Batman [Tim Burton's version] and Superman II [Richard Lester's version].
Further Comments... | ||
Lots of comedy, drama, action and suspense. Wonderfully deep for a superhero film, it discusses what it's like for an ordinary guy to also be a crimefighter. Highly recommended.
