The book was laid out in a way that it was easy for me to go right to sections I felt I needed help in.

Use this book as a tool not a blueprint or you'll give yourself a mental breakdown trying to formulate you writing.

It provided just enough structure to get me over some mental blocks that were casuing me to stall out part way through projects, and start writing complete stories.

I would suggest this for people who keep tring to get stories done and either never start or never finish. If that's not your problem then this book may be of limited use to you.
