When Angela Warren is forced into prostitution by her stepfather, she finds salvation one dark night in a church. From that experience she finds strength in the Lord, which leads her to a new life in Harmony Colorado. She soon finds her happiness threatened by that same preacher, Hosea Stevens, who she soon comes to love. She decides she has to leave before she is found out, which causes Hosea to set out to bring her back to his church as his bride.
