Summary of this CDs & Vinyl...
The Beatles really got kind of sloppy with this record. Psychedelia taken to extremes, with a lot of filler. Still, contains some essential material ("Fool On The Hill", "I Am The Walrus", "Strawberry Fields Forever", "Penny Lane").
I especially liked... | ||
The songs above, plus "Hello, Goodbye", "Baby You're A Rich Man", "All You Need Is Love".
I didn't like... | ||
"Flying" is a sort of pointless if pleasant instrumental. "Magical Mystery Tour" is nothing but a riff. "Your Mother Should Know" is somewhat dumb, and "Blue Jay Way" goes on too long.
I recommend this CDs & Vinyl because...
Every Beatles fan must own "Strawberry Fields", "Penny Lane" and "I Am The Walrus", one of my favorite tunes.
