This is the first book I purchased when I began experimenting with home canning and preserving. I've had it for years and still find the information and recipes useful. The chapters on jams & jellies and fruits & tomatoes are especially well-written and pleasing to the eye with beautiful photographs. I like the variety of recipes throughout the book, with my favorites being the creative ways to use tomatoes. (Pizza sauce, salsa, ketchup...) | ||
