Troy is a well-known story, and retold in this way is even more thrilling. From the views of the Gods and Goddesses believed to be around at that time it makes the plot more interesting and easy to understand.

Lovers of History, action and Love genres. It really explores in depth these themes in the attitude of the time.

How it uses the story to create a story. You hear it at school from the narrators view. You may explore it in the charaters view. Here you get a new perspective.

I don't remember what I feel. But I know that, although difficult to understand at times, it made me hold my breath from time to time, and was full of the suspense to create a whirr of feelings.

Sometimes a new interpretation of a historic event goes to pot. This has created a new sort of imagery.

It has been a while since I read this book, and I would have been only 12 or 13, but I remember it so well, and the words, moments and characters have stuck. If my review isn't enough to persuade you to read it, hopefully that is!
