Summary of this CDs & Vinyl...
This album is hard to define on a whole. Each song seems to have its own sound, life, and creative flow. From deep, dark, and emotional "Hate Me" to something softer, slower, and a bit more romantic "18th Floor Balcony" this album will have you feeling every nuance of every emotion being conveyed throughout every musical note and lyrical sound.
This type of CDs & Vinyl is good for...
Everything! Trying to write about a character's inner struggles? Listen to "Into The Ocean" or "Overweight". Just want some background music? The whole CD has an edgy, rock quality that is perfect for it. Want to crank it up and rock out? GO FOR IT!
I especially liked...
The way that each song seems to focus on one particular emotion, and cause of it. "Congratulations" makes you feel the pain of being left by someone, and finally realizing that you wanted all along to give them your heart. "What If We Could" brings out all the mixed emotions of meeting someone in person for the first time.
I didn't like...
There was nothing about this album that I didn't like. It's all so fresh and edgy!
When I finished n/a this CDs & Vinyl I wanted to...
I wanted to pick up a pen and write down my OWN emotions, trying to bring them across with the same straightforwardness, and with the same lyrical sound.
This CDs & Vinyl made me feel...
Energized! Even just laying down to relax and listening to this for awhile will leave you feeling pumped up and ready to go!
The n/a of this CDs & Vinyl...
Blue October is made up of: Justin Furstenfeld - lead vocals/guitar, CB Hudson - guitars/vocals, Ryan Delahoussaye - violin/mandolin/piano/vocals, Matt Noveskey - bass/vocals, Jeremy Furstenfeld - drums/vocals. Blue October, from their hometown of Houston, TX was signed with Universal in the late '90s. Their alternative edge/rock sound has gained them popularity and a whole new (and very broad) fan base since their humble beginnings in Texas.
I recommend this CDs & Vinyl because...
No matter what you're feeling, or why you're feeling that way, you will find at least one song on this album that you can relate to.
I don't recommend this CDs & Vinyl because...
No reason not to recommend it. *Smile*
Further Comments...
I promise you that after listening to 'Foiled', Blue October's newest album, you'll want to go out and find their first four albums.
