Isabella Swan moves in with her dad in Forks. She meets a boy named Edward Cullen, but she finds out that he and the rest of his family are Vampires. But they aren't normal vampires, they're vegetarian vampires who hunt animals instead of humans. Still, it's hard for Edward to stay away from her-and it's hard for her to be away from him. And when a lethal Hunter name James sees her as a snack...Edward does everything he can to make her safe.

People who love fantasy, stories about vampires, and romance.

I liked the story line, the characters and all the tension between Bella and Edward. I loved how strong of a character Edward was. All the characters are strong and creative and the plot is incredible, it makes you want to keep reading.

The point of view is a little different and it is somewhat slow, but don't let that bother you. It gets really good!!

Really gets into the characters, especially that of Edward and Bella. You feel so connected to them and you feel for them. She really is creative with the Vampire aspect of it, as well.

If you were going to see the movie, the movie is actually quite close to the book. I would, however, recommend reading the book first.
