This is a really neat book for someone who needs to be on a change.....like on a crossroads but you are not sure what change to make or what is out there. I used this to work through and grow above a badly broken heart. Much better than getting over broken heart. This book makes you think with your heart, it is in a journal format and makes a great compliment to a "retreat". I don't have a chance to use a sweat lodge, but this is a way of accomplishing the same thing.
