This is a lifelong reference tool for anyone who is wanting to move along in life. This is a gardening tool for people instead of plants. I really like the analogies to plants, where you make a new life instead of growing a plant (or you can make new plants too!) and you can augment your life instead of staying in a rut. This is very readable, a caring team of authors really did their work. There is a companion website you can use to print things off instead of purchasing the workbook.

This is a textbook type of thing, then you do the workbook. so in a way you are like being your own therapist to having a new life. Their idea is that instead of changing your life you should repot when you need more room to grow. I really enjoyed it.
