The last in Stephen King's Legacy, of The Tale of the Gunslinger, This final book, it is in my oponion the best ending to a series ever written. It is a book you love to hate.

To deeply enjoy this book, one must read all other book though, ( there is a reason ot took King 30 years, for all seven books) for many events in this, complete other special moments, that come together flawlessly in this final chaper, of Roland's search for the Dark Tower. Of the roses, you see them on the cover?! So much more that just roses!!

I mean I cried, I dreamed, I swore, I still babble years later of intense this story is. This is book for those who need closure to a epic series. Not a buttercup ending, but a good old cup of black coffee, bitter, strong, aftertaste, but fullfilling and so addictive.

Those who love dark fantasy! Love characters they dream of, relate to in their own weird ways. Horror, such distrubing horror! in only the way Stephen King can ooze.

The depth of this. These people and places in the Darktower are so well developed, one can believe such exists! There are parts throughout this whole series, right from book one, to book six, that ya re-read and ponder, that go WOW! as it comes brillantly in this last book.

The ending. It makes ya wanna scream! No way, well the ending is great, I lie, it is the inhumanity of the closure.

Read them all over again, and I have twelve times since.

Swollen, like a child who ate too much candy. Oh! such sweet candy, then the feeling after.

Oh my goodness! If you have read any of the Darktower series and not this final book, you have too! it is a must. You will never be the same again.
