Cat Crawfield is a half-vampire hunting the undead who don't follow the rules. Paired up with her vampire lover, Bones, she's finding it harder and harder to stay undercover when she's oh-so-recognizable in the vampire community. And now, an ex-lover of Bones is working hard to put Cat out of commission. For good.

This is a good relaxation, lazy day type of book that has a few good thrills and an "okay" plot.

I enjoy Cat's Voice, as it's written in first person. The descriptions are well done.

I'd accidentally gotten the third in the series so I want the first two. Note to everyone: At Grave's End is not the first one. Halfway to the Grave is!

There were a few parts that were a bit disturbing, but it was very much part of the plot.

This is the first Frost book I've read, but so far I do enjoy her work...I look forward to reading more.

The pacing of this was pretty good, the characters overall nicely done--each had their own Voice, personalities sufficiently different--and the settings were always consistent. All in all, an enjoyable book.
