This is the DVD of one of the best feel good movie of all time. It is the story of a young girl who is very excited about her wedding tomorrow. She wants it to be perfect. Not only for her, but her mom who has taken care of her her whole life. her best friends have arrived. Her relatives arrive. The only one3 missing is her father whom she has never met. She thought it was going to remain that way until she finds her mom's diary. Reading it, she finds 3 possible names that could be her father. So she secretly invites all three of them. All three of them show up.
The movie is filled with songs from ABBA. The songs are perfectly timed and seem almost like they were written for the movie.
When the movie was released, it did well. About a month later a "sing-a-long" version was released to a limited amount of theaters. The words to all the ABBA songs appear on the bottom of the screen so everyone in the theater could sing out loud. This DVD has both versions. It also comes with a 2nd DVD that allows you to download the movie to your PC.

Anyone who likes "chick flicks" and who likes ABBA.

very good. While watching it, all my problems were forgotten.

Should have all won awards. Meryl Streep, did a great job on "the winner takes it all." These are actors and actresses who have not sang before on film and they did the songs justice.

It is a great value. It is not one that you will watch just once and put it away.
