A incredible cast of talented actors, including two well known performers, Ellen Burstyn, Jared Leto.

Jared Leto plays the part of a heroin addict. The movie goes through the trials of being an addict. His girlfriend and best-friend spiral downward into the oblivion of their addiction.

Ellen Burstyn plays Jerrod mother who, wanting to lose weight, become addicted to diet pills.

This is not your standard addict's life goes bad story. The stories are heartbreaking, especially the story of the older mother. The movie is raw and real.

The camera angles and special effects make the movie even more intriguing. This is not a movie easily forgotten and leaves one feeling disturbed and touched. The way the movie is put together is meant to shock and assault your senses.

I would actually recommend this movie to teens. I think it would scare them silly. Warning, my husband could not watch this movie twice. if you are easily disturbed by realistic images of human suffering, then this might not be the movie for you.

How realistic the storyline was. I loved the special effects.

I loved this movie. I honestly have nothing negative to say about it.
