Battlefield: Bad Company 2 continues the story of the Bad Company series. This is my very first game of EA's Battlefield series that I have ever owned/played so I can't really compare it to the others.

If you like shooters, or even if you don't really, you should still try it. If you are a fan of anything full of weapons, ammo, explosions, fire, and vehicles, you will love it!

The realism blew me away! The way you have to compensate for bullet drop when shooting long distance, the sonic boom made by the bullet, most of the map is "destroyable" meaning you can smoke snipers out of their cover by wrecking the walls, the textures of the environment etc. I've been playing Counter Strike and other older games for quite a while before getting this game.

Also quite like the touch of humour that the creators threw in for a little comic relief here and there. I could literally laugh out loud watching those cutscene videos in the single player mission mode.

Not much for me to not like.

You can never finish playing especially when there's a multiplayer mode! But when I get completely sick and tired and bored of it, I will probably be buying Battlefield 3 after it comes out!

Some of my friends have been playing it before me and I hear them talk about it. I've been wanting to play it for quite a bit but had to wait until I could upgrade my video card. After I finally got a new card, the first thing I bought after that was this game.

The graphics are amazing! Yes I must repeat myself. And the gameplay can be pretty fun too. I haven't even started playing multiplayer mode yet but probably will soon!

Well the only reason I wouldn't recommend it is if you're not into these type of games. Oh yeah, and this game runs on a 2009 game engine so you'd need a decent video card/CPU to play it. If you are unsure, check out www.canyourunit.com to see if your system meets the requirement.

I can't quite give the setting/story plot 5/5 because the whole "Americans vs. Soviets" thing is getting old. Can't really give it a rating for length because there's an online multiplayer mode which basically never ends. Can't quite say about the difficulty because there's three difficulty settings for single player and I never play on easy mode.
