Summary of this Book...
Hounded is the story of the last Druid, currently going by the name of Atticus O'Sullivan. A long time ago, he stole a magical sword from the Celtic god of love, Aenghus Og. Aenghus wants his sword back.
This type of Book is good for...
lovers of the urban fantasy genre may appreciate the themes in this book. It's filled with werewolves, vampires, whiches and other fantastical creatures.
I especially liked... | ||
that this book was written more for adults. It's not that young adults wouldn't appreciate the story, but it doesn't revolve around some silly love story.
When I finished n/a this Book I wanted to...
read the next one in the series! It's called Hexed, which makes me think it's about witches. Atticus really doesn't like witches.
I recommend this Book because...
in a word, it's fun! | ||
Further Comments... | ||
I found the book to be a fun, light read. There are funny moments (particularly when Atticus is conversing with his dog, an Irish wolfhound named Oberon) and I read the book in about 4 days. It would have been quicker if I didn't have to go to work!
