This book is a fascinating look at the first four years of Barbra Streisand's career. I learned a lot that I didn't know about her. For example, she did not set out to be a singer - she sort of fell into that. I was amazed by that considering her talent.

like I learned a lot about someone I have admired for most of my life. It was very informative. When I bought it, I didn't realize it was just about the first four years of her career but learning what went on in the early 60's was really interesting to me.
