It is a poignant yet subtle story about letting go and moving on - with a little bit of help from beyond the grave

It's your typical 'lost soul reunited with childhood sweetheart'... So, good for people who like that ;)

This story is told from the perspectives of the different characters - including a ghost - which works well.

Slightly too predictable for my liking.

I don't normally like romantic novels. However, I've read a few of late and this one was the best - so far
