This book is #37 of the futuristic crime, mystery, romance story set in 2060 NYC.

The story begins with the reader knowing exactly who the guilty party is and how the crime is performed. I wasn't sure it would work through the entire book but it managed to keep up. The characters stayed true to themselves and it all wraps up in time for Eve and Roarke to have Thanksgiving with all their friends and his relatives from Ireland.

There wasn't any new development with the characters. I don't think this would be a good pick if you haven't read any of the earlier books in the series. The characters didn't have their usual sparkle. They almost seemed a little too routine.

This was a comfortable, easy, and fast read since I already know the entire cast of characters. (I should after 37 books)!

I wouldn't pick this particular book if you haven't already read some of the earlier In-Death novels. This particular book skims through some of the better personality traits of most of the characters, and doesn't give enough background. The story was a little flimsy compared to some of the previous novels in this series.
