I am just starting the book and this review. This morning I have been looking at the book jacket. As I do, I find myself feeling sad that jackets don't last. This cover is well done -- a simple but impressive design. The dots between chapter and verse (between the 3 and the 16) are nails symbolic of the nails that held Jesus on the cross. The numbers are prominently displayed in the center of the page with the extended title centered below in three lines. The extended title is in a smaller font with all the letters capitalized. Just looking at the front of the book jacket, one can easily see time and care and, most likely, prayer went into this design.

This investment carries over to the words and the design of the back of the cover as well.
