Summary of this Book...
Not too far in the future, humans have genetically modified a parasite that stays in our intestine and protects us from multiple diseases, allergies and boosts the immune system. Perfect, right? Wrong. The parasites are getting restless and they want control of the host and, if gaining control goes wrong, people's brains are affected, they're personalities are replaced by something else entirely.

I especially liked... | ||
I love the science aspect of this, genetically modified parasites? Cool!
I didn't like... | ||
Whilst the ending was good, I guessed it long before it ever happened. That might not be a bad thing, but it was slightly frustrating.
When I finished reading this Book I wanted to...
It's not what I wanted to do, it's what I did do. I bought the second book, Symbiont.
This Book made me feel...
Worried for the future. Part of my mind says in some far off future, this could happen. The other part of my mind tells me I'm an idiot.
The author of this Book...
Mira Grant is a brilliant author. She's wrote this series known as parasitology. And there's another series I have waiting for me to read called the Newsflesh Trilogy.
I recommend this Book because...
It's well-written and whilst the main character wasn't the best character, I enjoyed the character of Nathan.
