Summary of this Book...
Meredith Martin travels to France in order to write her book but also fears that she might find out more about her mother's past as well as her long lost relatives, most of all about herself. A long winded story begins about a girl who's been dead for over a century but which has some kind of connection to Meridith. A deck of Tarot cards shows a conflicting future/past for Meridith and she can't help but dig deeper until she uncovers the truth.
This type of Book is good for...
Whoever doesn't mind a mix of present day mystery with a bit of historical romance
I especially liked... | ||
I can't really say. While I liked both sides of the story, the past as well as the present, I was more curious as to Meredith's future.
I didn't like... | ||
It ended up being overly repetitive.
When I finished reading this Book I wanted to...
Rather disappointed with this book, I still want to read more of Kate's books before I judge too harshly.
Further Comments... | ||
I neither recommend nor don't recommend this book. While I enjoyed it, I was a bit let down with the story itself. Certain parts contained too much information while others didn't seem to have enough.
